Makefile for LaTeX compilation

I'd like to include a Makefile that I usually use when writing with LaTeX that might be useful for someone else as well. However, I do not have any privileges to this repo so I'm pasting it here: Makefile

Alternatively I can be granted enough rights to create a PR with the file.
